For many homeowners, the process of making decisions around the design of your new home can be time-consuming and overwhelming. What colour(s) should you use? Should you use paint or wallpaper? Which design details are trending and which are out-dated?
With all of these questions swirling in your head, we understand the frustration that can often accompany this process. This is why we have each of our homeowners meet with our in-house Project Manager and Interior Designer, Allyson Switzer. With over 15 years in the home building industry, Allyson is a complete pro when it comes to translating your vision and ideas into tangible design ideas.
To curate the causal comfort of the Kokomo Beach Club, Allyson was inspired by Florida coastal homes and West Indies homes. She incorporated exotic natural materials, like grass cloth ceilings, rattan and linen furniture, and wood ceiling fans to create a welcoming, Tommy Bahama coastal interior.
The design vibe of the French-country townhomes of Montage include high-contrast decor, mixed metals and luxury textiles.
